This Medium Vase from the Vintage Bloom Collection by Michael Aram is a bold, bright statement piece of excitement and celebration of new life. It is a timeless reflection of style with notes of arte deco meeting old world artisitic compositions. The Vintage Bloom Collection evokes a sentimental interpretation of nature as inspired by Michael's love of old botanical prints. The mixed metals and delicate enamel finishes capture a sense of nostalgia for the eclectic glamour of the 1940's.
'I found a forgotten piece of textile with fabulous watercolor flowers on linen that had faded ever-so-beautifully, over the years. The fabric and floral pattern reminded me of the dresses my grandmother often wore around the house. The designs in this collection bring back those feelings of nostalgia and effortless style.' ~ M. The handmade quality and charm is almost breathtaking at first glance. This vase is worthy of center stage for your home decor. "Michael is highly inspired by his surroundings and often makes sculptures of objects that might otherwise be overlooked in the everyday. Nature is his biggest muse, as is the handmade process."
